We seek to create measurable value for our facility partners through learning their unique coverage needs/culture, then seamlessly align it with the goals of our talented pool of anesthesia providers. Our leadership team has a combined 50+ years of experience in staffing, healthcare recruitment, and anesthesia services.

Leadership Team

Billy is a Nashville, TN native with over 15 years experience within recruiting and staffing, including a deep understanding of the talent needs in healthcare, technology, information security/cleared cyber, engineering, and discreet executive search. As the Managing Partner of Aeris Anesthesia, Billy is focused on ensuring our providers and healthcare facility partners experience a level of service that always exceeds expectations! :)
Outside of work, Billy loves to fly fish, golf, travel with his wife, play pickleball, and watch his daughters play volleyball and lacrosse. Billy is a graduate and avid supporter of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Go Vols!

With over 25 years in the staffing industry, including a background in Engineering, Informational Technology, Accounting/Finance and Healthcare, Chris has developed a keen eye for solving complex staffing challenges. Chris has a track record of building and leading successful teams, specifically building organizations that operate with high efficiency while treating customers and consulting with the utmost professionalism.
Chris has a variety of outside interests, but most revolve around being with his family. He is a huge fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and loves all things outdoors.

Andrew attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville before being accepted to the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center’s accelerated nursing program. After caring for ICU patients for 3.5 years, at a downtown Memphis hospital, Andrew later went on to finish his CRNA degree at Arkansas State University, where he finished summa cum laude.
Since becoming a CRNA, Andrew has been providing anesthesia to numerous hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics throughout the greater Memphis, TN area. Entering his 10th year as a provider, Andrew understands the unique needs of both, facilities and CRNAs, along with the work/life balance that anesthesia providers desire. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys fitness, golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife Tonie and their two children Luke & Louise.
Andrew Fisher, CRNA

Lex grew up in Tupelo, MS and attended Mississippi College where he obtained his BSN. After working in Jackson, MS in various acute care settings for 5+ years, he decided to pursue a career as a CRNA. Lex graduated with a master’s degree in nurse anesthesia from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, Tennessee in December 2010. Since then, Lex has provided anesthesia in the Memphis area at a variety of facilities with an array of specialties from pediatrics to neurosurgery. He has a passion for patient healing because he truly believes he did not choose anesthesia, but anesthesia chose him. This is why he receives great satisfaction in his specialty.
On a personal level, Lex enjoys crashing mountain bikes, missing everything he hunts, and soaking fish bait with friends. (In no particular order) Most of all he loves spending time with his four children and wife of 22 years.
